The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is a national and provincial leader in mental health in Canada. Founded in 1918, CMHA has grown to over 135 divisions and branches in 331 communities across Canada. The Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington (CMHA WW) is Canada’s largest CMHA chapter and provides a full care system for those with addictions, mental health or developmental needs. CMHA WW serves everyone from children to adults to seniors — over 10,000 people each year.
At CMHA WW, we are striving to be more for our communities by providing more support, expertise, community and hope. By participating in CMHA WW’s third annual Ride Don’t Hide event, you will be raising awareness, combating stigma and fundraising, which will help to create the best possible service experience for those impacted by mental health in Waterloo Wellington. Join us for Ride Don’t Hide 2018 on Sunday, June 24, 2018.
