This JUNO Award-winning Canadian Inuk singer-songwriter and activist is a force to be reckoned with. Elisapie keeps her Indigenous heritage at the core of her music, mixing modernity and tradition. She integrates Inuit themes with rock music, inspired by her teenage years performing on stage with her uncles in their small, tight-knit village of Salluit, Nunavik, in Northern Quebec.
