Society’s largest fundraising event of the year, Happy Tails Gala Presents Casino Royale:

to accept it, is to help change the lives of animals in need.
Taking place Nov. 7, 2026, at the Delta Hotels Guelph Conference Centre, the James Bond inspired evening will bring together animal lovers, community leaders and local businesses
for an unforgettable night in support of vulnerable animals throughout Guelph and Wellington
County.
Guests will step into a world of glamour, intrigue and high-stakes excitement while knowing
that every ticket purchased, auction bid placed and donation made will help animals who have
nowhere else to turn.
“The Happy Tails Gala is a celebration of the incredible difference our community makes for
animals,” said Lisa Veit, executive director of the Guelph Humane Society. “Every day, animals
arrive at GHS in need of safety, shelter, veterinary treatment and compassionate care. This
event gives our community an opportunity to come together, enjoy a wonderful evening and
help give those animals the second chance they deserve.”
This year’s event, Casino Royale: License to Give, promises an unforgettable evening
featuring thrilling casino games, exceptional prizes, interactive experiences, animal
