The Guelph Rotary Ribfest have raised over $1 million dollars for charities since inception. Hosted by the Rotary Club of Guelph Trillium, this is their 24th year hosting Ribfest… (with the exception of 2020). This will be a 3 day event – Friday August 27th (4 – 8); Saturday 28th (11 – 8); Sunday 29th (11 – 7). The event will be held at Centennial High School Parking lot – 289 College Ave. W.
- 3 Ribbers – Silver Bullet BBQ; Boss Hoggs BBQ; Billy Bones BBQ. There is not any other vendor, food vendor or entertainment.
- Drive thru only. Due to vehicular traffic, and for obvious safety reasons, there are no pedestrians, no bicycles, etc…
- There are no on site eating facilities
- Cars enter the Centennial High School driveway and will cross in front of the school. They will be greeted by our Rotary volunteers and will be provided with a menu. They will also have an opportunity to make a donation at this time if they wish. There is no ticket to purchase and no admission charge for the event.
- The cars will be in queue and will be greeted by a Rotary volunteer to ask which ribber they would like their meal from. Then they will proceed to that ribbers line where they will be greeted by a ribber team member who will take their order and accept payment. The car will then proceed to the pick up “window” where they will take their package and exit.
- All interactions are COVID appropriate.
