Hospice Wellington is proud to announce the 2nd year for the Sunflower Open Golf Tournament. All proceeds will go directly to providing the supports for our Residence and Community Programs that we offer to the community at no charge.
The Sunflower Open Golf Tournament will be taking place August 23rd at the Guelph Lakes Golf & Country Club – and it is a great opportunity to show your support to our community while enjoying a great day of golf!
