This one-day event features a variety of yoga and mind-body classes and workshops to bring community together with movement, mindfulness, and breath. The Health and Wellness exhibit allows you to experience different healing services and shop products from local businesses.
Guelph Yoga Fest also features a charity raffle, where 100% of the proceeds from raffle ticket sales will be donated to Hospice Wellington.
