Guelph Redcoats RFC is offering a FREE Try Rugby event to allow boys and girls, ages 5-17 the opportunity to experience a rugby practice prior to our regular season. Our minis program is geared for ages 5-11 by learning basics and playing no contact flag rugby. The players in our junior program are playing and learning contact during the season.
This hour of fun will be learning some basic ball passing and other drills practiced. So bring indoor running shoes and a water bottle and come out to experience the awesomeness that is rugby
