Medicinal Plant Walk

Did you know that there are local plants growing wild that could be beneficial for your health?

Have you ever wondered about cedar tea, or wished those dandelions in your lawn were useful for something?

Did you know that catnip is beneficial for humans and not just for cats?

You’ll learn about this and more, on Sunday November 8th.

Join Zhyfhs for this afternoon stroll as she shares her excitement and knowledge of herbal medicine. Learn about how you can use herbal medicine at home to support your health, with a local herbalist who has been working with plant medicine for years and is currently a student of the 4-year Clinical Herbal Therapy program with Dominion Herbal College.
We’ll look at a few plants and how they can be beneficial for your health, which parts of the plants to harvest, and how to prepare them (external or internal use; tea or tincture, etc.).

If you’re interested in attending:
***You need to RSVP to info@plantingradiance.com to reserve your space, as there is limited attendance due to COVID-19 restrictions.***
