Sunrise Therapeutic Riding & Learning Centre changes the lives of children and adults with special needs in our community by empowering them to reach their full potential.
Sunrise has come a long way. What started as a part-time program in a donated facility with two ponies, a borrowed horse and 5 riders 36 years ago, has grown into a year-round Sunrise facility offering daily therapeutic riding lessons, life skills programming and integrated summer camps.
Each week over 100 children and adults are enrolled in therapeutic riding lessons and over 300 children and youth participate in our summer camps or other seasonal recreation programs. Please help us to impact our community in such a positive way by supporting ‘Celebrate Sunrise!’ 2018.
